Balm of Gilead Ancient Gilead was famous for its fragrant spices. As a last resort, travelers would head to Gilead in desperate search of a remedy for their ailment.

We desire prayer to Jesus Christ, anointing with oil, and the laying on of hands to be what we first reach for. The Hebrew translation for Gilead is heap of testimony. May Jesus Christ be glorified with multiple testimonies through the use of this oil as He anoints and consecrates what it touches unto Himself! In Jesus name, Amen.

Exodus 30:22-25 In the Scriptures, this sacred anointing oil was used to consecrate and make holy the tabernacle and anoint Aaron and his sons as priests. Because Jesus Christ is our Great High Priest, we imagine this to be His fragrance too.

1 Peter 2:4, 8 says that as we come to Jesus, the living Stone, we are built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood. We are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that we may declare the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His wonderful light!

House of Psalms Music is now offering a new coaching service for worship leaders, worship pastors, songwriters, and musicians in the church.

We have served in music ministries over the past 21 years as volunteers, worship leaders, worship pastors, and in AV ministry (Daniel - 12.5 years on staff in full-time ministry and 1 year as part-time staff).

Daniel has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Worship Arts from Spring Arbor University and a Masters of Arts Degree in Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute of Worship Studies.

We have written, recorded, and produced original songs and used them in many of the local church settings we have served in.

Whether you have questions on how to build healthy ministry teams, teaching theology to your teams, how to shepherd and call your teams higher in the Lord, pre-production methods that will help musicians and vocalists grow, songwriting and producing original music, or other areas of ministry; we desire to share the lessons we have learned and continue to learn with you.
